You can add this user to your ignore list right now. It's a clear abuse of photography tag and there is a multiple source for evidence. Its an intentional abuse from my prospective. The account is 3 days old now and already had enough ESTM point for boosting. So must have accumulated that much points from long time maybe from another account.
