The Diary Game: A Day Of Laundry And Helping My Mum {10-09-2025}

Hi to all the friends in the Steemit world, My diary today is focusing more on the beauty the day brought to my life; it had one of the best impacts on me. I don't know about you, but it turned out well for me. Let's get on with the diary of the day.

In the morning, I woke up very early and washed clothes.were so many dirty clothes because I couldn't wash them last week. It wasn't all the clothes that were dirty; some had been in the box for too long, so I had to wash them too so that they wouldn't form mold.

After washing the clothes, I was tired, so I came back inside and had my bath before I went outside to buy coffee for my breakfast. I did not want to eat much in the morning due to how I was feeling. I was already heavy from the food I ate the previous night, so I decided to settle for a light breakfast instead.

After eating my breakfast, I took my nap. Oh, it was already 1pm, and you could see that I spent all morning doing laundry. Even my mommy did not believe I could wash that volume of clothes within that short period of time.

When I woke up from my nap, I took my books and began to read against my project defense. I am so prepared for this day that at some point I start being anxious about it. I guess since it's my first time doing this, maybe next time I won't be this anxious.

When I finished reading, I went to my mommy's shop at the market to help her sell because I couldn't stay at home again because it was boring. When I got to her shop, she was busy with customers, so I had to step in and help her because that was exactly what took me there. And when it was time for her to pack so we could go back home, I helped her pack, and then we went back home together.

When we got back home, I took my bath and removed the clothes from the line before I prepared rice with stew. It's what we were going to eat this evening. Daddy called and told us he was coming back home this evening, so we needed to cook some nice food for him to come and eat.

After eating my own food, I went to the balcony and sat while looking at the gate to see if my daddy was coming back. When he finally came back home, I opened the gate and went inside my room, and here I am on my bed just watching a movie on my phone because I couldn't go to the sitting room, as my daddy and mommy were there to make an account.

When I finished watching the series of movies I was watching, I joined my parents for night devotion, and after coming back to my room, I went on my bed to share my diary and to also let you know that though one day might seem rough at the start, there is always an opportunity to start in-between.
