🚨 IBM just replaced 200 HR employees with AI tools using its AskHR system, which runs on Watson and watsonx Orchestrate.

These smart bots now take care of most of the everyday HR work, like handling payroll, managing time-off requests, and answering common employee questions.

In fact, they now handle 94 percent of all routine HR tasks.

This shift has helped IBM save time and money, while also freeing up employees to focus on more meaningful and strategic work.

But here’s the interesting part. IBM isn’t laying people off because of this change. Instead, the company is using the extra capacity to hire more developers and build out its sales teams.

Looking ahead, IBM plans to automate 30 percent of all back-office roles over the next five years.
