You expressly profess a very broad concept of art; I tend to take the opposite view... It's not always art if someone can do something very well. For me, art has something to do with active creation - and that's not what AI does.
By the way - the AI-generated images used in almost every post are not beautiful in my eyes. They are boring and interchangeable. They pretend to be perfect, which can only be unnatural...
Incidentally, I find the legal assessment of authorship quite exciting. It's still a legal grey area as far as formalities are concerned. But I reckon that in future there will be a regulation that makes the respective operator of an AI the holder of the copyright. And that will be fun when it comes to royalties and the like...
До роялти? Мне кажется это сомнительным. Тем не менее, соглашусь с тем, что на данный момент картинки, созданные ии, могут повторяться. По крайней мере, у меня при одинаковом запросе трижды был очень похожий результат.
Однако я думаю, что это временное явление и в дальнейшем нейросеть научится многому. Она пока как ребенок, если такое сравнение вообще может быть..
Doesn't seem questionable to me, rather logical. The ‘creator’ of the underlying algorithms, the code and the network infrastructure is actually responsible for the results, including those of an artistic nature. Just as I would hold him accountable for the existential bullshit his AI produces, I would give him a share of all the revenue generated with his help...
Интересно бывает не только с ИИ, но и с обычным переводчиком порой..
