To prevent insider selling, the company has banned all team members and employees from participating in the airdrop, as reported by The Block. Each employee signed an agreement to forgo airdrop requests and to exclude all wallet addresses, including test wallets. Furthermore, ES tokens allocated to employees and investors will have a one-year lock-up period following the IPO, with a three-year vesting period for gradual unlocking. Eclipse Labs has raised approximately $65 million in funding but has not announced a specific date for the airdrop.
