The pharmacy review I am going to share today is called Majumdar Medical Hall. Anyway, without further ado, let's go straight back to the main point.

The pharmacy review that I am going to share with you today is located in our Daganbhuiyan, Basurhat Road. This is a local pharmacy. However, it is an independent pharmacy business. This pharmacy has been providing services from the same location for six years. And since it is next to the Popular Hospital, it is very well known and has lot of customers in this pharmacy.
Size and Layout
This pharmacy is not very big, it is medium size. However, within this size, its decoration is quite good. And it has set up the shelves of its store very nicely. It has kept different types of medicines on each shelf. Especially in the medicine sector, it has kept medicines. In the skin care sector, it has kept t skin care product . Moreover, it has kept the baby care products in a separate place. In this way, it has kept each product or medicine step by step. And if it is kept like this, it is very convenient for the customer to find it.
Product Variety
There are many product variations. Especially since this pharmacy is next to the popular hospital, many types of patients come here and the medicine that is needed especially for operations is also collected from here. He has also arranged the medicines that he has here in a row. In particular, he has used separate shelves for painkillers and in the same way, he has arranged his shelves with numerous variations for diabetes, blood pressure, allergic problems, paste items, water, wet tissues, napkins, baby dryers, antiseptics, antibiotics, lotion items, cream items, supplement items, various types of normal pain medicines, etc.

Talking about discounts, this is a pharmacy with many services, since it is one of the pharmacies in our market and there are many customers here. However, he gives customers eight to ten percent discount. Starting from every 100 taka and unlimited medicines. And this is why there are many customers here. Again, some poor and unfortunate people can get this discount and get medicine.
Especially in other shops, even five percent discount is not given, in that place 8 to 10% is a lot of sacrifice for a person.Because nowadays, when you go to get medicine after seeing a doctor, you see a bill of three to four thousand taka for medicine. From that point of view, he sacrifices 8 to 10%, which is a good amount, which is not actually done in other medicine shops. In that sense, I would say that his humanity and his heart are very good, which is why he gives this discount.
Quality and Authenticity
In his pharmacy, he sells medicines that are 100% honest. He has a system for medicines that need to be kept cold or in a specific amount. For example, his shop also has a refrigerator. And he keeps all the medicines that need to be kept in the refrigerator in that refrigerator. So far, he has not sold any medicine that has expired and there is no such record in his shop. Although there are many companies in the medicine sector today and there are many types of medicines, one alternative to the other.
But in that case, this pharmacy shopkeeper is very honest. The medicine that a doctor prescribes in the prescription, the shopkeeper of this pharmacy gives that medicine. Giving it all the time without giving any other alternative medicine for his own profit is also a kind of honesty.
And I like it very much. When I go to other pharmacies, I see that the alternative medicine prescribed by the doctor is a medicine or a medicine of the same function from another company. In that case, the medicine that the doctor prescribed does not work exactly. Because the medicine of each company has a different action. Therefore, overall, it can be said that he is an honest and sincere pharmacy businessman.
Customer Service
And he did paramedical before going abroad, this is also a great quality of his. He has many other qualities, as such, sometimes he gives some advice. For example, we take advance from him for minor and any illness. And according to that advice or according to the medicine he gives us, we get benefits.
Facilities and Amenities
The facilities are always there. Because he puts out two to three tables in front of his counter when customers come. Besides, there is a place to sit inside as well. And there is a good parking arrangement. Sometimes we can park our bikes there. And he delivers to the customers with great courtesy. Since Tina has been working in this sector for a long time, he is very skilled. And besides, his medicines are divided according to sections, in which case it is convenient for him to deliver quickly. Again, sometimes we can also call him and get advice. And through calls, he also helps people in emergencies.
Hygiene and Safety
The shop and counter are always clean. Since it is on the side of the road, sometimes dust comes into the shop and gets dirty. That is why he cleans the entire shop thoroughly every day when he opens the shop and cleans it again when he closes the shop. Due to which his shop is clean. He has set the shelves in the shop very nicely and constructively. Due to which it is beneficial from all sides. He has leveled the shelves very nicely with medicines, due to which the output of the shop is also quite good. And even though marks were mandatory during the pandemic, it is a bit cold now.
Personal Experience
According to my personal opinion, what I want to present is that there are many pharmacies in our market, but this is the best for me. I tell all my relatives to buy medicine from this pharmacy. Because here they give 8 to 10% discount. Moreover, the personality of the shopkeeper is very good and very sincere. Especially one thing we all dislike is that if a doctor prescribes a medicine, he gives alternative medicine. This person does not do that, he always gives the medicine that the doctor has prescribed.
Moreover, many times he gives advice without giving medicine for minor problems. For example, instead of taking medicine directly for a sore throat, he gives such advice as gargling with green tea, salt and hot water. With which this minor illness can be cured and if it were other pharmacies, it would be seen that he would give some medicine for selling some medicine. In this respect too, according to my personal opinion, the man or the pharmacy is much better.
There is also a memorable moment surrounding this pharmacy and that is a poor woman who came to get medicine for her child. Since the woman has no husband and the child is small, she came to this shopkeeper for medicine because she had no money. Then the woman told everything and the man understood everything and gave the medicine to the woman for free in front of me. I liked this human quality very much and I kept it in my mind as a memorable thing that day.
I have not seen this kind of activity in other shops. Besides, here it is often seen that if some people cannot pay the full amount, they take the medicine with some money and pay the remaining amount later. In this way, they also provide convenience to the customers. Overall, it is a very good medicine shop in my opinion. And that is why I tell all my relatives, friends and relatives about this shop so that everyone buys medicine from here.
