‎ ‎ ‎Many fruits are riched in vitamins that are essential to the well-being of the body system. They also fill the gap where needed to provide balance diet to the body.

Some Common fruits in our country include;

‎They are very rich in vitamin A, E, C, Potassium and also Folic acid.

These Vitamins contained in fruits are very useful for metabolism and good health.

‎‎✓ Vitamin C: which is found in high amount in many fruits e.g oranges, lemon etc is also known as ascorbic acid. It is an antioxidant which boost iron absorption in the body. It promotes healthy teeth and gums. It also helps to reduce infection in the body.

‎✓ Vitamin A: This vitamin is present on fruits like mango which helps in the formation of healthy bones and soft tissues and skin. It keeps the nails healthy and also prevent night blindness.

✓ Folic Acid: This vitamin(B6, B9, B12) is essential for proper nerves function and the synthesis of DNA, also for formation of red blood cells. It is present in pawpaw jack fruit.

‎✓ Vitamin E: This vitamin is good antioxidant good for the repair of muscle tissue in the body. It is found in such fruits likes avocados and kiwis.

‎✓ Potassium: This is found in many fruits like banana, guava, apricots etc.
‎It contributes to the heart's health.

‎For good health, one must form the habit of including fruit in his daily diets menu.
