It is challenging for us to keeping our temper in control. In real life we can control our temper by following ways:

  1. Do think before u tell.
  2. We should take a timeout.
  3. Do get some exercise.
  4. We should identify the solution that can be possible.
  5. We can Use humor to release tension.
  6. Identify the sources of stress in your life.
