- Sugar
- Milk
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Chai seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Peanut butter

Water in a pot

Put oats in water and stir (you can add a pinch of salt)

Cook for 6 minutes

Turn it into a bowl plate

Add sugar

Add milk

Strawberries, blueberries, chai seeds and coconut flakes

Add peanut butter and serve
