Hi Steemit friends, Here is my bright extravagant art for today!

A neon coloured horizontal abstract art, in layers and unique colours.
I created this in layers and different background effects.
These colours remind me of the seventies when we wore a lot of tie dye.
I love putting bright and dull colours together, balances the picture, a bit.
