Before the Morning Beast.

It starts as a whisper.
A thought, a worry, a what-if.
Then another.
And another.

The mind spirals,
too much of everything, too fast, too loud.
What’s important? What’s just noise?
What is worth the fight, and what is just a slow drowning?

The weight of urgency presses down.
The world screams decide now. move now. be more. do more.
But does any of it matter?

Close your eyes.
Feel the now.
The beast of morning will come, but it does not own you.
You are more than the rush, more than the worry.
You are here. You are present.
And in this stillness, you are free.
