Delicious Walnut Tart For Afternoon Tea

This - Delicious Walnut Tart - we ate at a restaurant in Franschoek, for a teatime treat.

I enhanced the photo and gave the torte more of a deep rich colour.
The ice cream was altered slightly, to bring a silky texture to the art.

A very delicious treat but you have to be hungry, as it is very filling.
