I've met some mushrooms that taste too strong for my liking. I got a mixed mushroom blend from the grocery store once that had a funky fungus in it I didn't really enjoy.

I like tasting new things, like this chocolate reishi kombucha. It was unusual at first, but it tasted better with each sip, and by the end I decided I liked it.
