Wow that is an interesting one!

The vegan diet side effects are absolutely standard but covered up by the media.

But - they also seem to have have their belly buttons below their wastes, and good back curvature - so I wouldn't throw them in the tranny basket just yet - but a lot of photoshop goes on with this stuff. At this point I'd say probably not trans but a bit suspect.
