STING.. A Scorpion sting.

Happy Sunday to everyone. I missed church today because of the rain that began yesterday and persisted through this morning, causing cloudy weather that impacted the drawing process and the picture quality negatively. Today's prompt is 'STING,' and as I worked on the art, my initial idea was a scorpion sting, which holds personal significance for me, having been stung by a scorpion years ago.

On that day, I went to retrieve an item from the shelf and discovered that there was no lighting in that area of the apartment. As soon as I approached the shelf, I felt a sharp, painful sensation on my toe. I promptly shook it off and activated my phone's light, only to discover that it was a scorpion. I subsequently eliminated it using an object and proceeded to seek medical treatment.

The artwork was inspired by the experiences of the day I got stung. The drawing was accomplished using a blue pen on paper, incorporating a hatching technique. In the event of a scorpion sting, please seek medical treatment and have it confirmed that you are okay.
