About Writing Every Day

Greetings, disciplined hitchhikers!

It's not been easy writing every day for this month. There are days that I just don't know what to verbalize into these words. Days when my creativity seems to be on halt.

However, I've found that's been a great motivator, knowing that I'll end up posting at least something. And since yesterday's post was a bit longer than most, I feel like I can give myself today the possibility of writing less, and not be blaming myself over it.

I had a doctor appointment today, and painted this little piece for my dear doctor. I hope it also makes you feel good, just like she said it did to her (:

I've always liked drawing flowers, and hummingbirds have been a particular favorite of recent times.

Hummingbirds are really unique animals, and it's one that's been special to me this year, since during one of the most important presentations of my mother's life, there was one of them lurking around. Some people say that they can be the manifestation of people that are not around anymore, and a part of me believes that it could've been my grandfather that day.
