Another tiny journal for cat lovers, thinking about the train travel
Today I painted another cat on a the cover of a tiny journal and so I want to share it with you. You can see the first one here, but today I decided to paint a grey cat ^_^
Before to show you this new tiny notebook, I want to talk to you about a thing happened yesterday during our train trip to come back at home from Florence. The train trip from Florence to my city is short, just 40 minutes, but yesterday it looked so long because a girl had a problem with a man. I have to explain.
I was playing a game on my phone sitting on the chair in a (almost) quiet carriage with other people, included a couple of drug additioners really "up". That couple was a bit noisy, but nothing strange or dangerous. At a certain moment I heard the voice of a girl behind me who was asking (in Italian) "Please, let me in?" again and again. At first I thought she was a girl of a group of students who was joking with her friend, but after few seconds I understood what was happening: the man sit close to her didn't left her free to go away. That man didn't say nothing, he just stopped her with his body. He seemed really confused, but also a bit aggresive and she started to be scared by him. I couln't resist and I wake up from my chair. I went close to them and I watched there was also an old gentle man ( I thought he was from Pakistan) who was trying to help the girl to cross the legs of the other man to be free. I went there and I watched eyes to eyes the man who blocked the girl. He talked to me in a aggressive way saying (in English) he was angry. I replyed to him, in the most quiet way I could, "Be quiet, please!". I said it quiety but also firmly and it worked. He sat down and the girl was free to leave the train.
I admit I was not quiet inside myseld, but when something like this happens around me, I could resist to d something. I think it's because my old job in the rehab, where sometimes happened to quiet people with problems and people who was aggressive.
At the end, that guy could be dangerous or not, but I was not alone in that part of train and at the end, to solve that situation just using a simple sentence in English was better than other action, I think.
Just to know, it happened in the morning and hearing other people who use to travel by train to go to work I understood that it's common to meet aggressive people. I think it happens in many cities, especially in short train travel and it's make me sad, because I love to use the train to go to the city close to mine.
Well, coming back to the nice things, now I'll show you my new painted notebook:
I hope you like it ^_^
See ya soon and stay safe when you travel by train ;)
Silvia

First. I love your little book with the cat! We are very much cat lovers around here.
The story of the situation on the train is a little scary, but I have seen things like that happen. Seems there are more than a few people out there who are a little "emotionally troubled" and it can come out in unfortunate ways that have an effect on other people. I am glad you were there and knew what to do!
I agree with you, there are more than few people "emotionally troubled" out there and sometimes some of them could be dangerous to meet. I always pay attention around me when I'm in places like inside a train or in the station, I don't know why, but that places seems to capture the attention of that kind of people.
Nicely done my friend. Blessings Silvia
Thanks so much, dear friend 😊
