Looks a nice idea. There is a similar experience close to my city, an ancient building with a magnificent garden where artist stay for free in exchange for art, but just few artists (from all around the world) who are known in the world of Art.
yeah! there are few places like that here in Barcelona as well, but there is a entry procedure that you need to pass, as few slots are available and many artists looking for residence. This whole concept would democratize and make it affordable to all kind of artists!
Barcelona is a cozy city for artists, I know! Me and my hubby were in Barcelona 2 time in the past year and I hope to visit it sooner again!
