I think it only runs on computer. It is more or less meant to be used with a digitizer. I am not sure but maybe other programs has the same tool?
Bummer. I have a MacBook that's collecting dust in my room that I'll use to download it. I might still search around to see if there are any other programs that are compatible.
Well, I will keep a look out for iPad apps that can mirror and swirl around an axis...
