ART & POETRY :::... LONELY, ADJUSTING MY GLASSES 👓

I tried adjusting my glasses 👓
No, I didn't have myopia
Neither do I have hypermyopia
Suddenly it seems I have lost awareness
I feel alone and lonely
I feel lost

So I'm searching for a way out
In this cold world
That's why I picked up this glasses 👓
Maybe it will help
Maybe it will help provide a better view of life

Something different
From another perspective
A vista
Something far away from this chaos
Help see beyond this wars
Beyond all this human enmity and anguish

Far away from all dangers
So I'm adjusting it but its nothing different
It's all the same
And I can hide no more
I need to let it out
Save myself from all this terrible happenings.

I’m scared of being lonely
And I’m scared of being the only shadow I see along the wall
I’m scared the only heartbeat I hear beating is my own
I’m scared of being alone
I can’t seem to breathe when I am lost
In this dream I need you to hold me
I’m scared of loneliness.
