층층이 쌓인 반려견 배변봉투
어제는 수원시청소년문화공원을 걷다가 참 신기한 장면을 보았어요. 바로 강아지 배변봉투 수거함이 쓰레기통처럼 터질 듯이 넘쳐나는 모습이었죠. 대형 공연장이나 축제장에서 사람 쓰레기가 층층이 쌓이는 건 흔히 봤는데, 강아지 배변봉투가 이렇게까지 차오른 건 처음 목격했네요.
공원 걷다보니 강아지와 함께 산책하는 분들이 정말 많더라고요. 그래서인지 사람을 위한 쓰레기통은 없는데 반려견을 위한 배변봉투함은 따로 마련돼 있었어요. 마치 “여긴 사람보다 강아지가 주인공이야!”라고 말하는 듯한 풍경 같았달까요. 😊
세상이 변했다는 말이 괜히 나온 게 아니네요. 예전에는 상상도 못할 일이지만, 이제는 반려견이 하나의 가족이자 시민으로서 공간을 공유하고 있음을 보여주는 장면 같았어요.
다만, 이렇게 넘쳐나는 봉투를 보니 관리의 손길도 조금 더 필요해 보입니다. 작은 관리 하나가 모두의 산책길을 더욱 쾌적하게 만들어줄 테니까요.
