오늘이 초복이었다. 지난주는 선선하고 시원한 편이었지만 1주 내내 비가 와서 집안이 많이 습해졌다. 슬슬 걱정이 되어 날씨 예보만 쳐다 보았다. 여행 떠나기 전 밀린 빨래를 해야 하는데 계속 비가 오다 보니 습한 상태에서 세탁기 돌리면 제대로 마르지 못해서 꼬리한 냄새가 옷에 베이기 때문이다. 빨래 방에 가야 하나 걱정 했지만 다행히 오늘 날씨가 개이면서 세탁기부터 급하게 돌렸다. 이번 여행은 시작부터 사소한 말썽이 많아 불안감이 엄습했다. 공항으로 나서게 되면 설레임이 시작되겠지. 그나저나 걱정은 걱정이다. 델리 공항에 도착하여 비자 받고 우버 택시를 이용하여 호텔에서 하루 묵고 다시 국내선을 타야 하는데 그 과정이 순조롭지 못할까봐 미리부터 긴장된다.

I completely understand the pre-travel anxieties. The laundry woes, the airport transfers, the visa worries... it's a familiar pre-trip cocktail of stress! But like you said, once you're at the airport, the excitement usually kicks in.
