Perhaps the smartest thing Russia could do in the event of a deep state cyber attack on the West would be to stage a cyber attack on themselves, to make it appear as though it wasn't them who did it in the West ... they could warn whoever of their own people they did it to first .... that is 'false flag' themselves !!
