Bantayan island is located at the northern part of Cebu.

I am a #Bantayanon! A Lumad Bantayanon! I was born and raised in Bantayan Island but currently working in Lapu-Lapu City. Shoutout to all the #Bantayanons here!

It was on 19th of April last year that my own little family visited my hometown.

Introducing… Bantayan from afar. By its look, this place must be harmoniously relaxing. The seawater is clear and blue. The white sand beach is waiving and attention-grabbing.

Owh! That’s me. The sun is hot so I have to wear my sunglasses. I was so excited then to step out from the ship and run home. I was hungry as a horse thinking that my mother has prepared some fresh seafood for us.

A fresh Kinilaw! Wowwww! A fresh caught number of fish by my father. But wait. There’s still more…

We have dried fish and a few slices of shellfish. My apologies. The presentation is not that appealing. But this would surely left your mouth open. Isn’t it?

The next day was a day of more awesomeness. Why? Take a look at this.

Yay! Let’s take a little ride. That’s my gorgeous wife and our cutie little daughter in the middle. And that’s my younger brother who is the captain of the ship. Haha! Have some fun yet?

Please don’t leave me alone. I am no mermaid. I can’t swim. I tell you, if you’re on a swim, you must be very hungry after. So, okay. Let’s go home and take some another bites.

Wow! Seems like my older brother is pretty busy. What is it? Come on. Let’s take a look.

OMG! I must be very hungry by now. My apologies guys. I have to go, like right at this moment. I need to feed my begging stomach. I’ll be back with more food on the table.
