Hello dear friends, how are you all? I hope you are well. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I will share with you the story of servicing a digital printing machine of a dear friend of mine. My friend's digital printing shop where all digital print and offset print work is done. His shop was established in 2012. Digital printing machine was added to his organization in 2019. His organization has been providing all printing services with good reputation for a long time.

Suddenly, the software that controls his printer started having problems. Due to which he could not do any more work with his printer machine. I have some experience with printer machine software and hardware, so he called me to seek a solution to his problems. So I went to his printing machine house as soon as the office hours started in the morning.

First, I set up the Windows program in his computer. Then I installed the machine software. To install the software of the printer machine, I need to use the pen drive and dongle provided with the machine. With which I completed the software installation of the machine by following various steps. When the software installation of the machine was completed, I asked the machine to be cleaned by running it. Then the machine operator there cleaned the main parts of the machine and made it usable again. In the meantime, I completed the various settings of my software.

When the software installation of the printing machine was completed, I showed some parts of the two sides of the shop through my selfie. In the first picture, all the parts of the printing machine of the shop have been kept in a shelf and the ink used in the printer machine is stored there. And on the other hand, I have shown that the rolls used for digital banners and festoons have been arranged on one side. AC has been installed on one side of the wall because these digital machines have to be kept in an air-conditioned place. So the room has to be kept cool at a certain temperature while the machine is running.

Before entering the machine room, the main part of the shop is where the graphic designers sit. There, two to three graphic designers understand the printing work from the customer and design it according to the customer's needs. On a desk next to the designers, many crests and various printing items are seen, which are mainly shown to the customer as samples. And there is a color printer next to each designer to show the customer the proof of work. So here you will actually get all kinds of services for your digital printing.

During the setting of the printer machine software, light snacks and green tea were brought for me. After eating and drinking these, I started solving other problems of the machine again and installed each connection beautifully and perfectly and explained to them the complete solution to their work problems.

When each setting of the digital printing machine was solved, the machine operator and the owner, who are my friends, were very happy and thanked me a lot. I was also very happy to complete their work. Finally, I opened the software between some parts of the machine and the computer, took a selfie and met them for the last time and said goodbye.
