A Favourite Sports or Leisure Facility: Mini Soccer False9, Lhokseumawe
Welcome to the fourth week of Steemit Challenge Season 26. In this round, I would like to join the 5th week of challenges related to Steem Atlas. The theme of this week, organized by the Steem Atlas team, is A favourite sports or leisure facility.
Sports and leisure facilities are important parts of community life. They are not only places for playing, but also for building friendship, health, and happiness.I am an english teacher and a football lover, I would like to make a review about one of my favorite sports facilities in my city: Mini Soccer False9, the only mini soccer field available in Lhokseumawe, Aceh, Indonesia.it was built as the first and only mini soccer field in Lhokseumawe. It was established to answer the growing demand for modern sports facilities, especially for young people who love football but need a proper place to play safely. like me.
Since its opening, it has become a favorite sports destination for students, workers, and football enthusiasts in the city. I visited this place last night (11 september 2025) at 8.PM. Here are some review from my original captures using Vivo V30 Last Night, Enjoy it
Inside the field
Where is it located and how to get here?
Mini Soccer False9 is located in Cunda, on Jalan Merdeka, the road heading out of Lhokseumawe city. After crossing the Cunda Bridge, you turn left into the area of DIY Lhokseumawe / The Breeze Café. The field is located right next to DIY, on the right-hand side.

This location is quite strategic because it is near the city and can be reached easily by motorbike, car, or online transport (Grab/Gojek).

For me, playing at Mini Soccer False9 is always fun and refreshing. The field condition is great, the location is strategic, and the vibes are always positive. It has become more than just a sports facility,it’s also a social hub for football lovers in Lhokseumawe.

Facilities:
•Artificial grass field: Safe, smooth, and well-maintained.
•Lighting system: Bright electric lights for evening and night matches.
•Spectator area: Benches and shaded spots for people to watch.
•Parking space: Available for cars and motorbikes.
•Café nearby: Since it’s next to The Breeze Café, visitors can easily grab food and drinks before or after playing.
One of the highlights of Mini Soccer False9 is its artificial grass surface. The turf is well-maintained, soft, and safe for players. It gives a natural feeling under your feet, reducing the risk of injury compared to playing on hard concrete or poorly maintained fields.
The bounce of the ball is quite consistent, which makes the game more enjoyable and realistic. For casual players, it feels professional enough, while for serious players, it provides the right grip and comfort for fast movements.
Benches Inside the Field
Another unique feature at Mini Soccer False9 is the presence of two benches inside the field area. These benches are provided for substitute players or teams waiting for their turn to play.

The presence of these facilities shows good management and attention to detail. It gives players not only a place to play, but also a complete environment to take care of themselves before and after the game.
The benches make the game more organized, since players don’t have to stand around the sidelines. It also adds to the comfort, because you can rest while still being close to the action on the pitch.
This small detail shows that the management pays attention not only to the playing field, but also to the players’ overall experience.

False9 also provides sanitary facilities that add comfort for all players and visitors. Right near the playing area, you can find:

Rules and Regulations at False9 Mini soccer
To make sure everyone can enjoy the game safely and comfortably, Mini Soccer False9 has several rules for all players and visitors:
- No smoking in the field area.
- Do not lean on the nets around the field.
- No outside food is allowed to be brought in.
- Do not damage any facility.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled game.
- Wear proper football shoes (no metal studs/iron soles allowed).
- Keep the area clean together.
- Maintain order and sportsmanship during the game.
