Regulation of contempt of court against BEA's activities
The court issued a contempt of court order to the concerned authorities for violation of the High Court's ban on the activities of Bangladesh Electric Association (BEA) committee. Wednesday, Wednesday. A High Court Bench comprising Ashfaqul Islam and Justice KM Kamrul Kader issued the rule. The court will not take disciplinary action against the concerned people for contempt of court, it has been asked in the Rule.
It is learned that the High Court on July 26 last year issued a ban on the activities of the committee. The High Court order is upheld when the chairman of the organization demanded appeal against the order, Khokker Ruhul Amin appealed. After this, the court also issued an application for contempt of court for continuing the activities of the organization, the organization's member Sheikh Mohammad Javed Uddin.
