Photography of an unknown guest like a praying mantis.

Last night, while I was lying in my room, I suddenly saw a strange creature. And at first glance, it seemed like a mysterious guest. And seeing the unfamiliar color and long body, I was instantly a little scared. Suddenly, an unknown insect makes you feel uneasy. And its appearance was different from the rest. But even in fear, curiosity woke up as to what kind of animal it really was. And after looking at it for a while, I realized that it was not an ordinary insect. And its body was long brown and its front legs were folded as if preparing to catch prey. And then I thought that this was the famous praying mantis or in Bengali, which many people know as the praying mantis. And although it is not like a spider, it has a kind of similarity with the name.

Actually, after getting over the initial fear, I slowly approached it and took a few pictures of it. And as I took the pictures, I saw that it was sitting very calmly on the wall. And as if not too worried about my presence. And when the light fell, its brown color became more obvious. Which made it blend in with the wall. And what amazingly beautiful colors and patterns nature has decorated each animal with. And while taking the picture, it seemed that it had a kind of royal posture. And the posture of folding its front legs is like praying. That's why it got its name Praying Mantis. They are basically predatory insects. They catch and eat small insects but do not harm humans. And yet, it is natural to be afraid when it suddenly enters the house.

When I was taking the picture, it seemed that nature had suddenly sent a piece of jungle to our house. And when I was a child, I saw such insects in the pages of books or on television. But seeing it with my own eyes is a different experience. And its eyes are big and are always moving. As if it is observing me. I really had a strange feeling. And it seemed that I was the object of observation here. And after a while, I slowly took it out of the house. And very carefully so as not to harm it. When I left it outside the door, it felt like I was saying goodbye to an unknown guest. And instead of fear, a kind of illusion was created. And I thought that this little creature was also living on its own, looking for food and shelter.

The incident reminded me that we humans often neglect or fear the small wonders of nature. However, each animal has a story and a beauty hidden within it. And this experience last night introduced me to that beauty. And starting from fear, to wonder and finally a kind of love. Everything seemed to happen in a few minutes. Today, looking at the pictures again, I felt like I needed to remember this moment. Because such an encounter with nature does not happen every day. That praying mantis that suddenly woke me up at night was not just an insect but a special experience for me. Which reminded me that the world is truly strangely beautiful.
