A Memory of Taste
Scrolling my gallery and got a memory of a menu that was already decided we planned to enjoy BBQ. So, I went to the market and bought chicken. I got some for BBQ and some for chicken pulao because chicken pulao is my favorite dish, and I really wanted it to be cooked too.
After coming home, I helped my family with all the preparations. We marinated the chicken for tikka boti. Then we started preparing rice and also made some chicken cutlets. While others were working in the kitchen, I lit the coals and started preparing the BBQ tikka boti. The smell was amazing, and I was very excited.
Everything was cooked perfectly, and we set everything on the table. We all sat together and enjoyed the delicious food as a family. The BBQ, chicken pulao, and cutlets all tasted great. I also took some pictures of the food and moments and shared them with you.
