A Perfect Day for Mutton Pulao
Today's weather was surprisingly pleasant, with the temperature staying below 40°C - a rare relief this summer! I asked my mother if she could make her special mutton pulao, and she happily agreed.
We started cooking at 4 PM sharp. First, we boiled the mutton pieces, which took about 12 minutes until they were perfectly tender. Then came the main event - cooking the flavorful pulao with the mutton. The aromatic spices filled our kitchen as the dish simmered for another 30 minutes.
By 5 PM, our delicious mutton pulao was ready! We set the table and enjoyed every bite of the juicy mutton and fragrant rice. The meat was so tender it practically melted in our mouths.
