Chicken Steam Roast Pulao

Today I cleaned my water storage tank on the roof because its lid was broken. I went to the market and bought a new lid. After that, I cleaned the tank properly and fixed the new lid on it. Once the work was done, I requested my family to make chicken steamed roast pulao.

For this, I bought chicken chest and leg pieces from the market. My beloved wife first steamed the chicken with some spices, then roasted it nicely until it turned golden. After roasting, she cooked the rice and mixed the steamed roasted chicken into it. The pulao smelled so good and tasted even better.

We enjoyed it with raita and fresh salad. The whole family sat together and had a delicious meal. It was a lovely and satisfying day. I also took some pictures of the food and the tank cleaning process, and I am happy to share them with you.
