Delicious Chicken Jalfrezi

Today I went to the market and bought some chicken and vegetables randomly, not sure what to cook for the day. After coming back home, I took some rest. Later, when I went to the kitchen, a smile of happiness came to my face when I saw my beloved sister cooking chicken jalfrezi.

She had already cut the vegetables and chicken into specific shapes and was carefully preparing the dish. The smell filled the kitchen and made me feel even more hungry. After about half an hour, the chicken jalfrezi was ready. It looked colorful and tasty. We all sat together and enjoyed the delicious meal with fresh wheat chapatis.

The warmth of the food and the joy of being with family made it a special moment. I was so happy that I took some clips of the cooking process, and now I am sharing them with you.
