Delicious White Chickpeas Pulao
Good Day Everyone!
Today was a rainy day, and we decided to cook white chickpeas pulao for lunch to enjoy the cozy weather. I went to the market to buy some onion for salad and white chickpeas from a local shop.
Once I returned home, my beloved mother took charge of the cooking. She carefully chopped all the vegetables and did all the necessary preparations for the rice. The aroma of the pulao filled the house as it cooked, making everyone even hungrier. While she prepared the pulao, I made fresh raita and a simple onion salad to go along with it.
When everything was ready, we all sat together and enjoyed the delicious meal. The pulao turned out to be incredibly tasty, and the combination of raita and salad made it even better. It was a perfect lunch for a rainy day. I also took some pictures of the dish and the moment, and I’m happy to share them with you.
This meal feels warm and wholesome. It has just enough spice. It truly hits the spot. We eat it any day for a simple treat and love the mix of textures. The flavors smell amazing. It is a quick, easy dinner that always wins.
