Some days ago, my elder brother invited us for a homemade dinner. We arrived early to help with cooking they were preparing fragrant pulao with tender steamed chicken (just thinking about it makes me hungry again!).

My sister, mother, and wife all joined in chopping, stirring, and laughing together in the kitchen. After about an hour of teamwork, the food was ready. The kids ran around playing (and being adorably noisy 😆) while we set the table.

We all sat together, enjoying the fluffy pulao and juicy chicken the kind of meal that tastes even better because it’s made with family love. Afterward, we sipped warm tea, shared stories, and headed home with full hearts (and full stomachs!).
