Homemade Daal Haleem
Some days ago, I had a serious craving for daal haleem, so I asked my wife to make it. She started by frying chicken from the freezer to perfection, then boiled the lentils and mixed everything together. The pot simmered on low heat for 2 hours until the lentils turned super soft.
We tried mashing it by hand first, but it wasn’t smooth enough so I brought in the grinder machine! Working in small batches, I pulsed it for just 2 seconds each, and voila creamy, dreamy haleem!
The result? A rich, flavorful bowl of comfort that we all enjoyed for dinner. Some dishes take effort, but the taste makes it all worth it!
I also note that in night my room AC consume almost 450 watts in total home load. It's too good as my battery backup is 6.7KWH and with some timers on AC it can spent the whole night.
