Hot Potato Fries at Home
Good Day Everyone!
Today we enjoyed a delicious lunch with homemade potato chips. First, we took some fresh potatoes and cut them into thin slices using a cutter to get the perfect shape. Then we made a mixture using gram flour and added some spices to it, like red chili powder, salt, and turmeric, to give it a tasty flavor.
After that, we mixed the potato slices well in the gram flour mixture, making sure all the pieces were coated nicely. Then we heated oil in a pan and deep-fried the coated potato slices until they turned golden and crispy.
The smell was amazing, and the chips looked very tasty. Finally, we served them hot and enjoyed eating them with some sauce. Everyone liked them a lot, and we had a great time together. I also took some pictures of the process and the final dish to keep the memory. It was a fun and tasty experience.
