Installing new 12V DC Water Pump

As I had shared before, my DC water pump was creating problems randomly and was not working properly. At first, I thought the issue might be with the bored PVC pipe net, so I changed the net and reconnected it with the existing DC motor. After doing this, the motor started working again, but only for 2 or 3 days. Soon after, it stopped pumping water and started running freely without lifting any water.

It was very frustrating, as the motor kept giving problems again and again. So, I finally decided to change the motor completely. I went to the bazar and bought a new DC water pump. Luckily, I have all the plumbing tools at home, so I didn’t need any outside help.

I removed the old motor and fixed the new one myself. Now the new motor is working really well and smoothly. I am feeling very happy and satisfied after replacing it. The water flow is strong, and there are no more issues. I also took some pictures of the new setup and I’m sharing them with you.
