Removing the old DC Water Pump
I have a DC motor at my house that is used to pump water from the bore well. For many months, the motor kept causing problems, and it was very frustrating. Every time I fixed one issue, another one would appear shortly after. I always try to take good care of it by servicing the motor every week, but the problems just kept coming.
This time, not only was the motor not working well, but the bore pipe also had a serious issue. The net around the pipe, which filters out sand and dirt, was badly damaged. Because of that, unfiltered water with sand and other particles started coming into our house. It made the water unsafe and dirty for daily use. I decided to fix it myself. First, I carefully pulled out the bore pipe, which was a very tough and time-consuming job.
Then, I replaced the damaged net with a new one and made sure it was properly secured. After that, I reconnected everything with the DC motor and tested the system. Thankfully, everything worked fine, and the water is clean again. It was a hard job, but I am proud that I managed to solve the problem on my own.
Nice work done ! there things to learn from your blog.
