White Chickpeas Pulao

Good Day Everyone!

Today, the weather was rainy, and it felt like a perfect time to enjoy something special for lunch. Since I love rice, I decided to cook white chickpeas pulao with my family. First, we soaked the white chickpeas in water for a while and then boiled them until soft. After that, we started preparing the rice and other ingredients.

The aroma filled the kitchen as everything came together, and within half an hour, our delicious white chickpeas pulao was ready. To go with it, I made a simple raita using yogurt, black pepper, and salt. The cool, creamy raita was the perfect match for the warm pulao.

We made our plates, sat down together, and enjoyed our meal while listening to the soothing sound of the rain outside. The whole experience felt comforting and joyful. I also took some pictures of the food and the moment, and I’m happy to share them with you.
