Beauty of Creativity : The golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata)
Good afternoon all friends of #BeautyOfCreativity (BOC)
While walking near the rice fields I came across a snail shell that had no owner, it looks like this is a type of golden apple anail that has been dead for a long time.
I immediately grabbed the shell and had an idea to take some photos, by using a smartphone camera and an additional macro lens as well as a bit of lighting equipment to get the lighting I needed.
The golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata) is an amphibious animal, spending the majority of its time in the water. It comes on land at night to search for fresh vegetation. It prefers to live in hot temperatures, but it generally lives longer if the weather is a bit cooler. Unlike other snails, males and females are different and do not share the same organs.
Pomacea canaliculata, commonly known as the golden apple snail or the channeled apple snail, is a species of large freshwater snail with gills and an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusc in the family Ampullariidae, the apple snails.

Here are some photos that I have taken with several angles, with a little touch of editing using the lighting room application, I think that is enough.
