Buffett to donate record $6 billion worth of Berkshire stock to four charities | 慈善団体４団体にバフェット氏が過去最高のバークシャー株60億ドル分を寄付か！？

米投資会社バークシャー・ハサウェイ創業者で会長のウォーレン・バフェット氏は２７日、同社の株式６０億ドル分をマイクロソフト共同創業者のビル・ゲイツ氏が設立した慈善団体「ゲイツ財団」と慈善団体４団体に寄付したそうでバフェット氏は２０年前から財産の寄付を進めてきたが、今回の寄付額は年間で最大となるそうなのですが約１２３６万株のバークシャー・クラスＢ株の寄付により、バフェット氏の慈善団体への寄付総額は６００億ドルを超えたそうなのですがこれは素晴らしいことだと思いますがそのお金がきちんと素晴らしい使われ方をされるのかが気になりますね。

Buffett has been donating his assets for the past 20 years, but this latest donation is apparently his largest in a single year. With the donation of approximately 12.36 million Berkshire Class B shares, Buffett's total donations to charities have now exceeded $60 billion. This is a wonderful thing, but I wonder whether the money will be used in a truly beneficial way.
