The Red and yellow trails are in excellent condition. Dry and very little sand, plenty of grass has grown back in. The red trail is clear with only a few downed branches or debris on the trail. Grass is recently cut out there. There is a fair amount of wild hog disruption, mainly along the sides of the trail.
