I have thought of this concept and how crypto/blockchain could be used in construction. Having been in commercial construction a good share of my life, I can tell you that getting paid on time and in full is a constant battle (just ask anyone that has worked on a "Trump" project). So, I will watch how this project progresses.

As a side note, I think the upcoming SMT system through Steem could work in this industry. Hmmmm.....
