These are some terrific photos @passerine!! I'm glad you decided to take your camera and got these awesome shots. Sounds like it was (mostly) a lovely trip and I think your photos are more than decent. I like photography and barely consider myself an amateur (is there a level below that..lol) but so long as it makes you happy and you enjoy it then that is all that really matters!
