Canadian province may becomes center of mining

Quebec attracts attention of miners. Quebec, located in the eastern Canada, opens the doors for miners as owns hydropower, cold winters and Hydro-Quebec, the fourth biggest hydropower provider in the world, which provides cheap electricity. These opportunities are already attracted attention of China's largest mining pools. Eric Filion, vice president of Hydro-Quebec says: “We have already contacted a lot of large companies whose electricity consumption ranges from five to several hundred megawatts.”
