BITCOIN AND ETHEREUM BOTH ARE COUSIN ?

On the left side there is bitcoin graph and on other side there is eth graph.
After comparing both graphs they are looking both depend on each other.
so my question is if btc reach at 5000$ eth also increase upto 400$ ?
