    Good link.
    I have came across this info previously, but still for people who want to be informed good link.
    The only problem is that these 3 countries are not the best place you would like to be. Ok maybe except Cuba.

    having control of a central bank means you can inflate or devalue the currency.... thats why bitcoin is getting so much attention
