Cloud Mining?

Hi Guys, what are your thought on cloud-mining? Is it worth it? I have a mining rig connected to nicehash at the moment earning me some bitcoin, thinking about using the bitcoin to buy some hashing power . But not sure if its worth it.
I am also thinking of buying some NEO.
