Or does your crypto exchange convert you into some sort of dollar asset like a money market account. If you could do that in a hurry then yes...you could trade them with tons of tax consequences for most traders. Otherwise you are trapped. I have no uderstanding of the logistics of trading this shit. Nor do I care to find out personally any time soon. :-)
