I haven't really gone through the whitepaper of DADI, but from a short review of the website and its prospective functionalities, I could see that it sounded a lot like CM. Now these are the little difference i perceived though.

1. CM removes the engineering complexities associated with building apps with computer languages like Solidity and Python.
2. It comes with the Blockchain agnostic property allowing its product to be linkable to a whole lot of blockchains.
3. It creates a community of value for easy exchange of Ideas in form of built snippets, encouraging a larger delivery of apps to the market and variations too.

I think there are more too, but for the moment these are the main points I can perceive.😏
